Located in the peaceful village of Bernister, near Malmedy, this 2-bedroom chalet offers a cozy retreat for families and nature lovers. With a ski lift just 2 km away, it’s ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The home welcomes up to 2 pets for a small fee, with prior notice.

The chalet features a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace in the living room, and another on the covered terrace, perfect for year-round comfort. Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich schön. Wir waren bereits vor 7 Jahren in diesem Haus und es war genauso schön wie damals. Der Wald ist in der Nähe, Malmedy ist nicht weit entfernt und liegt zentral für die Rennstrecke in Spa. Tolle Lage, sodass man schnell schöne Orte erreichen kann. Das Haus hat alles auf einer Etage, was ideal für unseren Hund ist, der sonst Treppen steigen müsste. Schöne geräumige Veranda, der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, aber unser Hund hatte viel Platz auf der Veranda. Der einzige kleine Nachteil, den wir festgestellt haben, ist, dass die neuen Bettdecken etwas kurz sind. Wir sind selbst an längere Bettdecken gewöhnt und werden bei der nächsten Buchung unsere eigenen Bettdecken mitbringen.

De locatie is ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad met het verkennen van de nabijgelegen Hoge Venen en hebben zelfs een dagtocht gemaakt naar Kasteel Reinhardstein, Het chalet zelf was comfortabel, met een prachtige tuin om in te ontspannen na onze avonturen, We zouden zeker terugkomen!

Heel fijn en mooi gelegen huisje. Ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en goed. Omgeving is erg de moeite waard. Eigenaar had alle info van wandelroutes en bezienswaardigheden uitgewerkt. Heel fijn. Heel klein aandachtspunten was het zachte matras, maar daar viel wel mee te leven. Zeker een nieuw bezoek waard binnenkort.

Wir wurden vom Eigentümer bedroht, weil wir Fotos machten, als er mit seinem Traktor durch unsere Gärten fuhr, um Sonnenkollektoren unter unser gemietetes Ferienhaus zu laden. Er war ein sehr aggressiver Beweis dafür, dass er sofort nach Hause ging!

Top gîte, juste à préciser qu’il faut emporter son bois, et le nécessaire pour vivre, sel poivre huile d’olive, papier toilette, bois pour se chauffer bien d’avoir un feu au bois mais s’il n’y a rien dedans sachant qu’on payent un supplément je ne suis pas très d’accord fin soit, logement au top très propre bien situé nous reviendrons sûrement

Enorm gezellig huisje en ideaal en rustig gelegen. Vriendlijk onthaal en erg proper! Tip: moest je van plan zijn om te koken of te bbq'en er zijn geen kruiden, zilverpapier of keukenrol aanwezig. Wel alle benodigdheden zoals bestel, pannen, kommen. We hadden 2 honden, wel opletten want de tuin is niet omheind.

Aankomst was perfect hele lieve mensen en netjes alles uitgelegd.Het huisje zag er erg schoon uit , ruim was het ook en de bedden lagen lekker, alles kon je zo pakken en gebruiken zo schoon was het, top locatie en kan het iedereen aanraden , de omgeving was ook mooi en lekker gelopen met de hond, veel gezien , waterval in de buurt, circuit van Spa was ook dichtbij en de rest kan je zelf lekker uitzoeken vanuit het info boek wat in het huisje ligt. Oftewel voor herhaling zeker te weten.

süßes Holzchalet mit Kamin in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Belgien, dem auch durch das Regenwetter kein Abbruch getan wurde, da es in dem kleinen Häusschen wunderbar gemütlich war und man sich am Kamin hervorragend wieder aufwärmen konnte. Stilvolle Einrichtung und alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Je vous conseille, certainement, ce châlet... sans prétention mais très agréable. Nous y avons passé un chouette séjour en famille. Nombreuses promenades alentours. Malmedy à 10 min en voiture. Contact avec le proprio très cordial 👍
