Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, das laut Bildern zwei große Fenster, ausreichend Platz und moderne Ausstattung versprach. Was ich bekommen habe, war das komplette Gegenteil: ein winziges Zimmer mit einem kleinen Fenster, das sich nicht öffnen ließ, kalt, stickig – und die Heizung war nicht einstellbar. Als ich das ansprach und auf die Bilder meiner Buchung verwies, wurde ich von der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt. Man sagte mir, das abgebildete Zimmer sei ein „SuperiorZimmer“, das ich gar nicht gebucht haben könne – obwohl es genau das war, was ich über das Portal ausgewählt hatte. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Einsicht – nur Kälte, Ablehnung und der Hinweis, ich könne ja in ein anderes Hotel gehen und das Geld wird nicht erstattet. Noch unverständlicher: Ich war bereits um 11 Uhr vor Ort und wartete auf den Check-in (Zimmer laut Hotel ab 16 Uhr bezugsfertig). Trotzdem wurde mein gebuchtes Zimmer angeblich schon anderweitig vergeben – „wir sind ausgebucht “, hieß es lapidar von der Managerin Der Umgang war in keiner Weise professionell. Weder hilfsbereit noch respektvoll. Die Blicke des Personals waren abwertend, die Kommunikation arrogant. Ich habe daraufhin Expedia kontaktiert – selbst dort war man schockiert über die Unfreundlichkeit der Hotelrezeption.Irreführende Zimmerdarstellung, unhöflicher Kundenumgang, keinerlei Lösungswille. Wer Wert auf Ehrlichkeit, Komfort und respektvollen Umgang legt, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Klappcouch, welche etwas gequitscht hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Viel Obst, Gemüse, verschiedene Brotsorten, man konnte Waffeln selbst machen und noch einiges mehr.

Tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Malmö oder auch Kopenhagen. Wir waren zu zweit für acht Nächte hier, um Malmö. Kopenhagen und die Umgebung kennenzulernen. Das Zimmer war in der 12. Etage, wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick - nicht Richtung City und Hafen, aber auch der Blick "ins Land" und auf die Straßenzüge war interessant und immer unterhaltsam. Unser Standardzimmer mit Doppelbett war groß genug für die Woche, mit ausreichend Ablagefläche, genügend Steckdosen und stabilem WLAN. Auch im Bad waren wir zufrieden mit den Ablageflächen und dem Platz, Hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück mit leckeren Angeboten, reichlich Auswahl, stets aufgefüllt und ohne anfallenden Müll. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zimmerservice gibt es nur nach Anfrage, wir hatten keinen angefragt. In Malmö bewegten wir uns hauptsächlich zu Fuß, vom Hauptbahnhof sind es 15 bis 20 Minuten. Wir nutzten immer den Bahnhof Triangeln, dieser ist in zehn Minuten zu erreichen, die Züge zwischen Malmö und Kopenhagen halten auch hier.

Ruhig und schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Was ich sehr schade fand, dass der Wunsch nach einem Kaffee to go beim Check out um 8:30 Uhr verneint wurde. Die Kaffeemaschine neben der Reception wäre nur für spezielle Mitglieder. Das man abends um 18 Uhr nach dem Check out nichts mehr umsonst bekommt verstehe ich. Aber nicht um 08:30 Uhr, wenn man 3 Nächte im Hotel war und mehrere hundert Euro bezahlt hat.
