"There is lots to do around Maloney's beach. Batemans Bay through to Mogo has shops, crafts and cafes. Also beautiful beaches. And you come home to the icing on the cake. This home is really beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need. 4 bedrooms (2 queensize beds), ensuite and the bathroom I would love at my home. Comfortable lounges. Large TV with some streaming services. Easy working kitchen. Communication with Tim was quick and knowledgeable. Good enclosed grounds for a dog. Beware...

"Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell). There are no holes in the fence for dogs to go under or through and our dogs certainly would have been looking hard for a weakness.. For the people there is an abundance of games such...

"Beautiful and peaceful. Loved waking up and going to bed with those big beautiful gumtrees! Comfy bed, and wood heater threw out a massive amount of heat. Miss my verandah spot already! Had a shower with a frog and shared the night with an owl. Thanks Paul and Denise for a fabulous stay! Dogs loved it too!"

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
