"The hotel is in a pretty good location near by the main square, has a good parking lot, the property is remodeled and modern but unfortunately my husband and I were not able to get a good night sleep all 4 nights because the bed is extremely hard! "The hotel is at the edge of the scenic Telc square. Our room nr. 10 was on the top floor. A window could not be opened, out of the two. In the bathroom, had no drain on the floor, so the water of the shower could only remain on the floor. It was slippery for a few hours. We paid 160 Euros for one night, which is wasn't definitevly overprised. It is definitely overprised."

"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. "Room was sooo hot. Sleeping impossible. Room directly under the roof. No air circulation. Bed was hard as a brick. Basically a thin mattress over a slab of wood. Hardly any water pressure in shower and change of temperature from cold to boiling and back. Maybe a power shower installation as they use in the UK and Ireland would help. "
