"When I booked the property, I was given the impression that I was booking a 3 bedroom property, only to arrive to 2 bedrooms. The villa had not been cleaned when we arrived which was at 10pm. We found the previous guest had forgotten several items inside, surfaces were dusty, and the fan in the living room was not working.
