"There were a couple hiccups with the house but the owners responded right away and did what they could to make our stay pleasant. I was pleased the linens didn’t have a strong fragrance as I am sensitive to fragrances. Might want to bring some hand towels and wash cloths. We had enough bath towels but not enough “sets of towels” for each. The owners are super friendly and we had a great time exploring the area!"

"An amazing location, peaceful, picturesque, close to Mammoth Caves. Plenty of space for our group. Although we felt we were living with the previous tenants. Clothes left behind the door in the bunk room, clothes left in the dryer. Crumbs and water marks in frig. Table still had crumbs. We loved the house and grounds."

"The cottage worked out great for our annual National Park vacation. This year we visited Mammoth Cave, and the cottage location was located about 30/45 minutes away and worked out precfectly for our needs - a comfortable place to sleep and relax after a day of cave tours (which are all awesome) and enjoy a nightcap on the deck overlooking the lake. One thing, if you plan on doing any cooking or grilling you will need to bring all the supplies, including condiments and seasoning, other then that, I would recommend the Lake House to anyone wishing staying the area. We enjoyed are stay and if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your cottage with our family."

"Cleanliness was above. It rained hard one day, but to sit on the porch and smell and listen to it was what I needed. The big surprise was there were feral cats, and it made me feel like I was home. The worst part was having only three days, and I had to leave. Thank you again. I am looking forward to many more stays."
