If there were separate ratings for location, parking, kitchen, furnishings, etc the location, kitchen and parking (covered) of this condo would receive a five. The furnishing are, quite frankly, falling apart (the wooden piece supporting the legs of the coffee table was broken). The kitchen is extremely well kitted out, lots of utensils, pots, pans, flatware, plates bowls, glasses and they are all good quality as were the appliances, with the exception of the disposal (see below). Could have used more cups, but the cups that were there were also good quality, and to be fair we drink a lot of coffee and tea. Ditto for the towels -- lots and lots of good quality towels.
The beds are a bit of a disaster. The bed in the master is a queen and the mattress is a mushy. A King size bed would be great. The bunk beds in the other bedroom are pretty rickety, so much so that if the person on the top bed turns over the whole thing shakes. The saving grace there is that there's a trundle, which we pulled out so the person sleeping on the bottom wouldn't wake up ever time the person in the top bed turned over.
Having a hot tub on the deck is amazing, except the water is green and pretty stinky. I don't know much about hot tubs, but I think the water needs to be changed or more chemicals added. We used it regardless and are living to tell the tale, so I guess it's not a health hazard, just an olfactory one. It's a million-dollar view tho.
Finally, the garbage disposal didn't work. It was not a big deal for us since we don't have one at home and I'm used to collecting food bits and throwing them in the trash, but others might force stuff down the drain and have a problem.
