Nice area ,
Comfortable stay, beds we’re comfortable, very helpful & attentive rental company staff, priced well , it was a little stuffy & warmer in unit then expected a ac unit would definitely be a plus but other then that we were very satisfied with our stay & accommodations provided. Dryer was not working however they did send out a tech but we were not available so rescheduled the appointment.

Update & Cozy
My family visited from out of state and we decided to head up to Mammoth for some early season snowboarding. The condo had plenty of space for us: my parents and sister-in-law had plenty of room to hang and work during the days while the rest of us were riding. The kitchen was well stocked and had all that we needed. I’ve also stayed at Snow Creek many times and my daughters liked this condo because of the creek right out back.

Beautiful property, but condo needs a lot of work
The property itself is beautiful. The condo on the other hand, needs a lot of work. Upon entering, we noticed a ton of dog hair, bugs, and dust in nearly every room. The drains in both showers were clogged which meant your upper body was taking a shower and your knees were taking a bath. The handle to the kitchen sink would rip off nearly every time you turned on the water. The curtains in the main living room were not big enough to cover the windows and nearly half of the curtain rings were broken. The on/off button to the gas fireplace was broken causing the fireplace to turn off on its own after a few seconds of using it. It was barely operable by the time we left. The washer and dryer are extremely old. The washer began leaking on the floor. We cleaned up the water and notified the management company. The dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry any clothes or towels. The internet stopped working. Could not use the WiFi or TV for the last 4 days of our stay. After contacting the management company by phone and in person numerous times, they were unable to receive a response from the owner of the property to resolve the issue. Internet was never resolved by the time we left and we never heard back from the owner. Lastly, renters should be aware that they are building homes/condos directly across from the unit. Very loud. Overall, the condo was a huge disappointment. The owner seems extremely irresponsible and needs to update the condo before renting it out any further.

Great place
Centrally located and clean. We brought our dog and especially liked that there was easy, private, quick access to a lawn area. Creek was amazing - entire subdivision was beautiful. Management was extremely quick to respond to my questions. The only (minor) issue we had was all of the bathroom drains were slow and the master shower was completely backed up by the 2nd night. Management responded to my request for draino immediately but the clogs needed more attention than draino. Also, the clothes dryer was old and took a really long time to get clothes mostly dry. These were minor issues - the good things about this property outweighed those issues. Would stay here again.

Perfect location next to the river!
Being able to open the living room windows and listen to the sound of the river running by was very relaxing. Everything was clean and organized. Nice, giant refrigerator. The A/C controller doesn’t seem to do much, but the cool mountain air did the trick! Great location for taking walks with the dog! I very much recommend this place!

Perfect for a winter escape
We (3 families) spent a week at this condo and it was great. Appreciate the updates, especially in the kitchen. Most comfortable beds we’ve had at a rental. Great cozy factor with plenty of blankets and a wonderful gas fireplace. TV was big enough for us all to snuggle up for movie night. Great kitchen table for a group meals and board games. Loved the hot tub. A few things could be improved: an updated dryer is needed, more towels, and a better stocked kitchen. We were snowed in and had to extend during the blizzard - Kelli was kind and communicative. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Cute Place, management company could do better.
The condo was really nice and pet friendly. It was well decorated and clean and we loved the creek right outside the door as well as all the updates. We had a great time. Beware that the hot and cold in the master shower are reversed. The check in process was a inconvenient. I had to send a message the morning of to get the check in instructions, then there was a scavenger hunt to get the address, which was never actually written anywhere. The address on the email and attachments was purposely incorrect and you had to use a map that is hard to read on a phone to find the condo. I called the management company and left a message the night of check in that was never returned. The body wash in the guest bath was completely empty and the master bath was nearly empty as well and it ran out after one shower. These inconveniences shouldn't deter anyone from this rental. I would stay again but I think the management company could do better.

Little noisy but GREAT place!
The property is great! Spacey and clean: it’s pet friendly so there is some dog hair which it to be expected. They do a great job of keeping it clean. Kitchen was well equipped as were the restrooms. The only downfall was the construction on unit below- it was very loud and the smell of paint fumes/ other chemicals came through the vents. Some concerns for our 10month old grandbaby. They worked all day Saturday and Sunday with loud music throughout the day. Our stay overall was pleasant! We forgot an item and I was contacted quickly for an item return confirmation.

Property was as described. Snow was at an all time high this year which was nice and challenging. Fireplace worked great. Heated the whole front area with ease. Power was out for most of 1 day, Nomadness brought us flashlights and LED lanterns. They said this is common though. That was the only unfortunate part of the trip. Would stay here again

Very nice property and clearly recently updated. Minor issue with dining table stability and could use more plastic glassware for use at hot tub area. Very nice gas fireplace gives off great heat and ambiance. A little far walk to the shuttle so we used our vehicles predominately.

Fabulous little getaway
Traveled with our family for a snow weekend and this little condo had everything! We loved the fully stocked kitchen and appreciate all the seasonings. You do need to pack your own oil or butters for cooking but that’s it! The views of the mountain from the loft and the living space are gorgeous! We spoke a few times to guest services and got responses very quickly. The beds are all really comfy and the couch is brand new and fits five adults plus our little three year old! Plenty of space for Three couples and two small children. My only recommendation for the owners is to get a kettle for the stove. We can’t wait to come back!!
