This 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom condo is perfect for a large family with kids! The condo has been remodeled with modern touches and convenience in mind. The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with DVD player, pellet stove, and balcony. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and offers new appliances, granite countertops, and even has quiet closet cabinets and drawers. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom are located downstairs on the entry level. The master bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also downstairs has a queen bed also with en-suite bathroom. There is a washer and dryer downstairs for your use. The kids will enjoy having their own private space upstairs in the loft where it features four twin beds, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a perfect getaway Winter or Summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more! This condo sleeps up to 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. We will definitely be back!
My family and I come to Mammoth atleast 3-4 times a year and this is the first rental that we were really wowed by. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, in a great location, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again! It is very rare to find properties this clean. If you are someone who has high standards for cleanliness, this is your place.

Great Location If You Like Peace & Quiet
I really enjoyed the floor plan and location of this unit. Overall good amenities. I would have liked to have had the kitchen better stocked. Also, the cleaning job could have been better, and there were a few things in the unit that either didn't work or needed to be fixed (I notified Mammoth Reservations of these). However, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying in this unit again. Thank you Mammoth Reservations for being easy to communicate with.

Could use a bit of work...
Condo was "narrower" in size than shown in the photos. Definitely not large enough to accomadate "eight-ten people". The downstairs bathroom sink was clogged the entire time of our stay. Also, the lights in the upstairs loft did not work properly
