On the Sierra Star Golf Course and close to Eagle Lodge, enjoy this beautifully renovated 4 bedrooms + den, 3 1/2 bathroom town home! This home has recently been updated with new flooring, new bathrooms and all new furniture. It offers a fully equipped and stocked, gourmet kitchen so you can prepare family meals like a pro, dining for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy the large sectional couch to cozy up around the wood burning fireplace, or catch the game on the large new flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player. The master suite has a King bed with Twin rollaway with a large flatscreen Smart TV and gas fireplace. Enjoy the private en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, stand up shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom also offers a home office set up with desk area. The second master bedroom downstairs on the lower level features a King bed and Queen with a TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom on this lower level has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with queen on bottom, twin on top (note no closet), a perfect hideaway for the kids. The den has a large flat screen Smart TV, Star Wars games arcades, and a Queen size pull out sofa bed and access out to the deck with private hot tub. There is an additional home office space with desk and task chair in the downstairs level by the den. The unit offers outdoor dining area on the upper deck. A laundry room with private washer/dryer makes it feel like a home away from home, WiFi internet access throughout. A two car garage (garage clearance 7' 6") offers convenient private parking, and space for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Pet friendly, allows one pet, this home sleeps up to 14. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Family ski trip
Three generations of our family came together for a great ski trip. The property was perfect for us. We could all eat together at the large table, and kitchen was fully equipped. We will try to return in the summer for golfing and hiking.

Fabulous Rental
We maxed out the house occupancy but never felt cramped at all. Great place for large party. Kitchen had all the amenities you needed. House was clean and nicely decorated. We will be back!

Great condo
Everything was good, the only issue was that the oven was not heating up to a higher temp. Had a tri tip cooking for 3 hours and still wasn't done to medium. Otherwise everything was great.

This is a beautiful home, but we had received no communication about the home needing show shovelers for the roof (which resulted in them breaking a large window when snow fell) and some items weren't working like our microwave that was not fixed when we contacted the management. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Family Snowboarding Trip
We took our family to let the 3 year old grandsons try snowboarding and play in the snow! It snowed the first 3 days so we were able to walk behind the condo onto the golf course where they enjoyed sledding. Making snow angels (kind of), and having a snowball fight. The condo's main floor was spacious for 6 adults, 2 3 year old and 2 babies. The sofa a was large and comfy, so we could all hang in there while my husband kept the fireplace going. The kids were able to watch the various TV apps made available to log into. It was incredibly easy to get to, and was near the lifts and grocery store. It was well located. We were delighted at how well stocked the kitchen was. We never had a need for any utensil, pot, pan, colander etc. It was all there, and in very good condition. For example; There was a Keurig unit, a coffee press, and a drip coffee maker. The only suggestion I could make, would be to install an Instapure water spigot at the sink. We wouldn't have to needed to buy so many gallons of water creating a lot of plastic waste...which we did take to the recycling center.

BEST Spacious Condo in Mammoth
If you are looking for a beautiful, remodeled, spacious condo with tons of amenities, you have found your place at Timber 6!! This condo has been recently remodeled and has every amenity families will need. The condo multiple spacious rooms for plenty of space for all of your guests and the master bedroom is definitely more than anyone could ask for, with plenty of space in the sleeping quarters and master bath that provides a huge soaking tub and large standup shower! The condo also supplies its own washer/dryer is a very large downstairs washroom (nice so it doesn't bother any sleeping guests). The entertainment space is awesome!! Very open and spacious so you will never feel cramped even with multiple families!! The condo also provides a private jacuzzi and barbecue for any grilling needs! The condo is very well kept and offers a very clean and wonderful stay! This condo is also centrally located in the heart of Mammoth so all restaurants and entertainment is right around the corner...great for all seasons!! Can't wait for our next trip up to Mammoth!! I would give 10 STARS if I could!!

Summer vacation
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return! Perfect home for our family. Very spacious and clean. Mammoth reservation staff was very efficient and courtesy. We did have a mishap giving us the wrong key but they quickly resolved this incident.
