Villa de los Pinos is a nice town home centrally located in Mammoth Lakes. A nice, comfortable 2 story townhome with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enter on the ground level of the property to a large mud room. The two bedrooms and one bathroom are located downstairs. The first bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a smart  TV. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and smart TV. Each bedroom has a large sliding glass door to the outside patio over looking the common area lawns. Just outside the bedrooms in the hall you will find the first bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. Take the stairs to the second story where you will find the open floor plan living room, dining room, kitchen and second bathroom. The living room has a large TV, a wood burning fireplace and access to the large deck. The dining room has seating for 4 people. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. 

Villa de los Pinos is close to the Vons shopping center, restaurants and is on the Red Line Shuttle route. You are just a short drive to Eagle Lodge, both golf courses and the lakes basin. The property features a common area summer time heated pool, a tennis court and BBQ area. There is a year around hot tub, sauna and coin operated laundry. This property is perfectly located to enjoy everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer. TOML-CPAN-15330
