We stayed here 7 nights; It’s an old building- the washroom ceiling leaked in all heavy rains; all regular staff were very friendly and helping; the front desk need be more welcoming and open. We requested upgrade when checking in but was denied; we had to request for tea; 2 nights before departure they offered a better room but it was too late. The TV was too small and only 1 English Channel; not smart TV- can’t connect our device even with the HDMI connector.

The architecture and the pool are area of this hotel was beautiful. Excellent location, near all main attractions. Excellent breakfast and employees were very nice and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spectacular!!!
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. We are talking about large marble staircase and we had a very clean classic room. It is a luxurious establishment. The service was amazing and all of our needs were met with a smile. It has a convenient location not far from the Central Plaza and has a quaint coffee shop across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here!
