"The home was beautiful, very clean, and the location was great! The host Marzena was quick to answer any questions we asked and I've never been in a home I've rented as stocked with everything you need to cook, clean, and extra's (towels, toilet tissue, etc). The bed was so comfortable that we had to see what is was. The pool was nice and the dock was even better. Just know that there is a caretaker living in the back of house and has his own entrance in the side of the house behind a gate. We found that out after reading the rules and the history of the property and saw him a few times in his van and once in the pool area getting a water sample of the pool. Even with that, we had a great time. Thank you for supporting the military and Veterans and providing the discount, you don't see that anymore!!!"

"Cannot say enough good things. Listing was on point, no secrets. House was spotless, pet friendly but would never know pets were inside the home. Furniture clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Tons of towels, blankets, sheets available. Pool was fun to have, tiki bar, grills, fire pit, pool table all great. Met owner Jeff, so glad we did, he was fun to chat back and forth with. He was beyond accommodating and even sent us some extra fishing supplies to use as a bonus to what was already offered. DAILY dolphin visits at the dock! Sometimes twice a day! This was by far the best part of the trip for me. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, nice area to walk the dog. Shops and restaurants within a mile of home. If you’re a nature lover Apollo Beach preserve is close by with nice walking trails. Highly recommend, we stayed 4 weeks and it was not long enough, cannot wait to go back! So many positives I know I’m missing to share. Don’t miss out, go see for yourself! "
