The location is fine, the hotel is rundown, staff are ok. We had issues with the room we ve been placed, but thanks to Israel it could be sorted. He was the one making sure we had a good time and had our needs attended.

Pool was non-operative. The workout room only TWO pieces of equipment that actually worked. Just 20 kilo of hand weights. GREAT breakfast. Overall good for the money, BUT need to fix amenties.

The lift was always breaking, toilet ceiling was leaking, shower head was broken and water was going everywhere but underneath it. Air conditioner was very noisy, specially because there were 3 per floor on the same outside wall, right by the window. Very bad experience. I will never go back.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! we showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. Expedia did nothing about it and told us to find a new place ourselves. No refund for the stay. The front desk people gave me a email to send for a refund. Completely ignored. They basically took our money and made us find a new place.

Ja no inicio havia uma fila enorme para efetuar check-in, por conta de falha no sistema, além de nao ter quartos limpos disponíveis. Ainda estavam sendo preparados mesmo quase 1h30 após horario de inicio de check-in que informam na reserva. Os quartos eram extremamente barulhentos, nao sei se estavam fazendo limpezas ou obras mas nao tinha possibilidade de descansar.
