"This place was absolutely immaculate and it truly sparkles. It is if not the cleanest, then it's as clean as any hotel or similar we have ever stayed in, anywhere around the world. They have thought of everything and provided it. Lovely bed linen, towels and a very comfortable bed. The shower is great, the spa is one of the best and there are no leaks! "I can never understand why the beds have duvets with no cover- just a sheet which moves when you sleep so an unwashed duvet inner ends up touching your skin with no clean duvet cover as a barrier. This seems un hygienic! As you are there to sleep I think bed comfort is key- the mattress was past due replacing. Dipped in the middle and could feel the springs. I don’t think that is acceptable. "
