Arrived in the evening and they informed me they had no hot water. After spending 7 hours in a car I didn’t not want to deal with changing hotels and calling to cancel after they already charged and put the security deposit on my credit card. The room and hotel itself were not very clean. The parking lot and sidewalks were terribly icy and very slick. Was my first time staying at an IGH hotel and my last. Staff was kind and courteous clearly dealing with rude customers and issues outside of their control.

The absolute BEST hotel that I’ve ever been in, in my entire life. The atmosphere and the vibe is just so different!!❤️❤️ I love the staff dearly and they are truly a blessing. I pray for prosperity and abundance at this place. They all, including the staff, all the guests, the long stayers and the visitors deserves it. Thank you very much for an amazing experience. This is the first place I will always go to/come back to. No doubt about that. I am still here lol.

I stayed here for one night ahead of a flight out of Manchester airport, and I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was decent, and the server was stellar. The airport shuttle was right on time and fast, even at 4:30 a m. You can't ask for more than that.
