Nice hotel for my friends and I on a one night visit. Room was clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee available in the room. Nice shower with a lovely shower gel and shampoo provided. Front desk staff were really friendly and kind. Parking was easy and breakfast was good.

Nice rooms shower could use a bit more water pressure, I didn’t like the £50 deposit and £3 parking charge this is wrong and not required, otherwise a nice holel

Great hotel. Walking distance to Trafford Centre. Lovely breakfast with GF options available. Great room. Shame the tea and coffee selection is v basic and they charge extra to park your car in the car park. Not sure I understand why you have to charge for parking given its remote location.

The tram stops right beside Trafford Centre, brilliant for shopping, and the hotel is about a 7 min walk from the tram stop, great location. The room we had was a twin room, it was very clean, tea and coffee making facilities, beds were very comfortable, shower was good too, the room is a bit small, but served the purpose. The breakfast was perfect, lots of choices, help yourself. The breakfast staff were friendly and hard working.
