I have stayed at this property on a few occasions it’s in a great location, very clean however upon the arrival this time my key was not in the key safe had to wait for a response to then be directed to a spare key safe at the other end of the property this did not open however there was a key in a bowl on the table under the key safes I tried this and it worked feel like the security of the keys need to be manned better as anyone could of accessed the apartment I booked

Location is good and 15min walk to shopping centre. The room is clean. Easy check in and out but the door lock of our room is difficult to open. Overall, we will recommend.

Spacing is very impressive. I like double deck room very much. All kitchen amenities like forks. spoons and cooksets. Suitable for long stay. Good to cook and work from home.

Mixed bag

The apartment was fairly spacious and reasonably clean. That said, one definitely had the sense that the proprietors were looking to do the bare minimum; for example, they provide a dishwasher and clothes washer / dryer but do not provide dishwasher detergent, dish soap, or laundry detergent. Also, their sign in the apartment had the wrong wifi password and the code for lockbox in their checkout instructions was incorrect in one place (and correct in another, though on a later page...). So overall the stay was fine, but I would not especially recommend it.

Noisy but good stay

The overall stay was lovely. The apartment was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy. However the location didn’t feel the safest as it is in the middle of an industrial park which feels very isolated from the city centre. Also the apartments are very noisy, we had neighbours who came back at 2 am and we’re arguing/talking very loudly and I could hear every single word and every footstep and door slam our entire stay. The apartments are very well equipped but are missing essentials like a tea towel, we had to use a bathroom towel to get things out of the oven and why have a dishwasher but not provide dishwasher tablets! We did however appreciate the free parking and the walk to town is doable about 30mins. Overall I would use pillo rooms again and enjoyed my stay.

The location looks like it leads a lot to be desired, don’t let that put u off it’s in a great location for the AO arena and heart for the extremely cheap price

We couldn't get access even when we tried contacting them. We had to rebook elsewhere and even though we made a number of our attempts we couldn't get our money back. Neither through the place direct or Hotels.com.

Hotel was advertised as coming with parking. It does not. There is only on street parking which was full when we arrived. There is lots of police signs around advising thefts are very common in the area. Was advised would get check in details before 3pm (official check in) but instructions were not sent until after 3pm. Room was freezing. Very thin walls could hear other guests the whole time. Would not recommend
