Deluxe room is basic. No fridge. No robes even though they have a spa and advertise robes. Restaurants and gym are the main pull for this hotel. They rooms and beds are comfy but Deluxe room is not worth the extra money.

The Room was excellent - clean, quiet and comfortable. The Receptionist was inexperienced and couldn't answer questions without deferring to someone else. The evening meal was very poor - the ham hock starter was tasteless and lacklustre, the main chicken course was tiny and quite bland - who likes charred cabbage? - and the creme brulee was only average.

Lovely facility - we will be back
Lovely facility. Rooms were spacious and clean as was rest of hotel. Breakfast and dinner both very good standard. Would have liked room cleaned when we were there but housekeeping arrived at 5pm to do room when we were all in room getting ready to go out. Swimming pool area needs staff on to supervise. Young Children should not be allowed in jacuzzi and should not be able to eat in pool area and leave their wrappers. Small points in an otherwise lovely stay.

Lovely hotel although judging by our room perhaps could do with an update in some areas. Only ate breakfast there but that was great with lots of choice. One thing to mention; the in-room safe was located on a high shelf inside the wardrobe which for a person of my height (5ft) made it difficult to access.
