"We choose Quest Central Bendigo as we have stayed there numerous times and have always found the staff and facilities to be good. On this occasion we did not have access to two queen/king beds but rather only one and two single beds which did make our stay more uncomfortable. Also our granddaughter suffered terrible bruising after tripping on the landline phone cord which draped on the floor and hitting the very sharp corner of the coffee table. The dining, coffee tables and desk need corner...

"Th property is well maintained, the staff is cooperative"

"External to rooms was unkept eg all tiled areas very dusty including large good courtyard and stairs, ashtrays left uncleaned for what appears weeks, but inside roomy rooms they were clean and tidy and well serviced as was the pool. Noise from neighboring home was unacceptable and police could have been called but no staff in attendance and difficult to contact."

"The Castle was a very handy find for a visit to Castlemaine. The room was very clean with a good bathroom and very good mattress. The people were friendly and helpful, and the motel is a short walk to the center of town. We were very happy with the room and think the Castle is very good value."
