"Lovely hotel with a private, quiet beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant extremely good. The local area has many lovely towns and Butera is definitely worth a trip for the views. We visited the Valley of the Temples which is under an hour away and there are plenty of other beaches to head to should you want to."

"The food was good. The all inclusive sink option was limited. WiFi was always down. There was a radar sounding buzz in our room that appeared to be tied to the AC. So if we wanted to stay cool, we’d have to listen to this annoying noise all night. Maintenance would fix it because they have to bring the entire building down to do it."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Baglio lauria. The room was absolutely beautiful, the shower had amazing pressure and space and the grounds are absolutely stunning. You are surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, almonds and cacti that are just breathtaking. A true retreat. You must take a tour of Tenute Camilerri (vineyard) while you are there. Would definitely come back. Special thanks to Dario for taking care of us and making sure everything was perfect. "

We were treated with a bottle of wine & pasties for my birthday then thry brought us croissants & cantaloupe on our last day for breakfast. 100% recommend can not fault the property. "Stopped here on the way to Agrigento and was surprised to find how good the facilities and rooms were. Rooms were comfortable and seemed new. There was ample parking, a full deli and breakfast bar. "Staying at Daphne house is a must. First, other reviews are 100 correct, as this property is superbly clean, decorated, and taken care of. There is even a lift for accessability.
