The stay we've had has been top level (9 nights) From us arriving to the day we left the staff have been absolutely brilliant, very attentive and ultra friendly.
we stayed in a junior suite city which was very clean and spacious with a great view over the city, the bathroom facilities were great with a powerful shower and a deep bath.
The bed was perfect for me and the mrs (medium/firm).
Breakfast provided more than enough options for even the pickiest of people, ranging from a hot to cold selection of traditional world breakfasts offerings and even included rices,noodles and curries, there was plenty of pastries and fruits on offer too, along with a great selection of hot and cold drinks, (the Vietnamese coffee was my favourite).
Location wise it's near on perfect, literally a stones throw from the beach and just a short walk to the 24/7 shop and local restaurants and just a couple of thousand dong for a grab/taxi to the busier parts of danang.
All in all this 5 star review I've written and those before mine all stand true, not a single regret from us at all and if we were to return to danang I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were the best part of the hotel from Tyson at breakfast with tips & hints, Chris overall with help in many areas & finally Nam who was very considerate the day of arrival after a bad day travelling to the hotel. Noise was bit of an issue but Chris was understanding & considerate resolving the problem.
