The property is very clean and well maintained. Decor is nice and staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. You get to sign a couple of pieces of paper with their policies. They are absolutely serious about people being respectful, quiet and ensuring that everyone has a good stay. They have a nice little breakfast area with a great hot breakfast, sausage, eggs, hash browns and even make your own waffles on the day we were there. Would definitely recommend this property!

It is a nice property, Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Only thing wrong was the bed was to soft for my liking. If you need noise to help you sleep sadly the AC/heater fan will not stay running 24/7.

Beds were very comfortable. We were in room 320 and the TV had horrible sound so was hard to watch our FB game. We did notify staff so hopefully they replace that TV. Breakfast had adequate choices and area was clean!! We would stay there again as it was close to Visit KSU!!

The mattress was too soft for me and It looked like I was in a hole whole night. The mattress sheet was also small and it did not fit well.
