I booked a 3 night stay for my mom, sister and nieces who were traveling from the province. My niece did not registered the guest names as instructed and my family from Bicol were on their way to Manila. I called the caretaker and he gave me the contact of the owner to get the QR code. However, I wasn’t able to talked to him because we’re on different time zone. To make the story short, my niece showed up at the place without the rest of the family and the caretaker help my niece registered everyone without issues. He was very helpful and accommodating. We have stayed at Azure Residences many times when my mom and I visit Philippines and my mom said this is the best unit she’d stayed so far. She said the place is really nice, clean, complete with newer appliances and furnishings. My family really enjoyed their stayed and I would definitely book this unit again when I visit Philippines again. Thank you for making my families stayed memorable!

Worst place I’ve ever booked through Expedia!Would never recommend!the owner wasn’t clear of how many people can stay and worst part is the “security” is trying to make money off you and charges you for ”one extra guest” more than what you actually paid for the place. If you want to spend time with your family clearly don’t book it here because they’re not family friendly. I seldom write a bad review but I’m very, very disappointed of this place. I travel a lot and by far I’ve had the worst experience here.
