This is an excellent property right in the heart of Makati. I used to stay at the I'M hotel across the street but in terms of the service and the attitude of the staff I find this much better.

The only downfall to this hotel is the elevators, there are not enough, I could stand in line for 10 mins with a lot of other guests waiting for a lift. It really gets bad when groups of people are either checking in or checking out.REALLY BAD, everything else was great.

Treated like a celebrity! Front desk staff: Shii, Annika, Ceryu, Tan, Patrick and Jayson were great! Several staff remembered me by name from previous stays months past! The security and doormen always greeted me by name and were very accommodating. Upon checkout, Annika inquired when I would be returning, and even made an advance reservation for me with upgrades and discounts!

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, they messed up our room reservation. Despite booking well in advance, we arrived to find our reserved room unavailable. The staff seemed unprepared to handle the situation, and it took quite a while to sort out an alternative. Disappointing start to our stay.
