Fully furnished 45 sqm space. 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom unit with kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and balcony with city view. (Parking space is NOT included)

My condo comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tableware and utensils, hot shower, sofa bed, and up to 25mbps Fiber internet. Also essentials like shampoo, soap, paper towel, medical kit, fresh towels.

My condo is also surrounded by 24/7 convenient stores, shopping malls with groceries, restaurants and cinemas in walking distance. Very near the bus station and MRT station (5mins walk)

We had a nice stay, walking distance to SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, restaurants, etc. The condo staff was very helpful especially with laundry
