Although the property is older, it seems well maintained. Staff also are quite cheerful and helpful. The only one negative is that they don’t put enough towels, no face towel at all, no blanket/pillow for the 3rd person even if the reservation was for ‘3 people’. You have to call the reception area to have them bring these things. Also towels appear old as they’re not fluffy any longer.

I love the comfortable mattress and the shower. I didn’t appreciate that my room has an ugly surrounding and loud due to major construction work going on. Staff are friendly and kind. To sum it up , I love the hotel coz of the proximity of it to Greenbelt mall, not even 2 mins walk away from the hotel .

The property used to be very great. Some of the features that convinced me to rebook (I stayed there before) were missing. This time, the staff were making promises that they could not fulfill.
