I booked this hotel last minute due to the bad experience I had with the previous hotel. I got there after 12 and asked if there was anywhere to keep my bag as I understood check in was 3. I did also mention my issue with previous hotel. They kindly let me check in earlier as they had the facilities to do so which was great. I loved the breakfast, the spa and the shopping nearby. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. If I visits the Philippines again (to Manila specifically) I wil be using this hotel again.

The staff were always very helpful no matter the time of the day. The location is ideal but if leaving the vicinity it will definitely not be because of all the construction and terrible traffic.

The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient when you have kids and senior with you. It's easy access to food, transport & shopping. The hotel itself is a gem already! Friendly and accommodating staff. It feels like home to us! We booked this hotel twice for the same period of our stay in the Philippines. So it means, it's really worth it!
