"We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing.
When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment.

"Jean’s place was as described and more. It’s perfect for our family getaway with 2 9 year olds and my 70 year mother. The house was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Everything felt like it was within 20 minutes from the house - downtown Manitou was within walking distance, Garden of the Gods, Flying W Ranch- all super close. We absolutely plan on coming back here again! "

"Great location at the edge of town so easy to walk to all the shops and points of interest in Manitou Springs.Room was efficient. Much like a motel, rooms were not sound proof. Glad the guests all abided by the rules of no to low noise levels! Very clean and super comfortable bed and awesome pillows."
