The heater was loud when it kicked in. The curtains were broken. The breakfast was very sparse - two pieces of fruit were out, waffle machine was out of order, and biscuits and gravy were out the entire time we were in the dining area, at 07:30.

The young man working at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was nice. The beds were of medium comfort. Nothing extra special about the place except the kindness of staff.

Less than great.
There condition off there rooms wasn't the greatest. Someone had either glued or jammed the shower pull so hard that I couldn't get it released. The second thing tha I noticed was that the housekeeping staff hasn't been testing or has been instructed to remove one bulb from all of the lamps in the room, both bedside lamps were meant for 2 bulbs, but each only had one. What made me think that it's a concerted effort is that the remaining bulbs were both towards the bed.
