"This property is huge and has plenty of space for large family get together. The back terrace and patio are great for sitting outside for meals, morning coffee, and dinner and drinks . Loved the view! The pool was very clean, refreshing and our kids loved playing in it! Large kitchen was perfect for making large meals . Location was close to downtown and made it easy to get around Austin. "

"The inside of the property was great. Bed were very comfortable . The house was very clean. However, we could not use the fireplace and the heat wouldn’t come on. The outdoor area needs to be cleaned and furniture is aged and needs to be cleaned and cushion need to be replaced. The game room was a big plus and very enjoyable for entertaining. "This is not just a house, it is like a camp retreat! There are so many amenities that come with this property, it made our stay even more amazing. The 10-person hot tub, swimming pool, corn hole, table tennis, darts, skeeball, and shuffleboard, along with Netflix, Direct TV, etc. gave us so much to do on our trip. The property is close enough to Austin for our event but also in a quiet, relaxing country setting to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds. We had plenty of space for everyone...

"Every summer my brothers and sister and spouses get together for a few days to relax and recharge. The house was a great fit for the ten of us. Ample bedrooms and baths. Management was very quick to respond to our questions. We were a little disappointed with the outdoor amenities. Pool lights and patio chairs need to be maintained. All in all a nice place, but needs a little TLC to address some minor issues. "
