"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."

"Kiryat Chaim is not anybody's idea of a tourist attraction, but since we wanted to stay in this suburb, the apartment was ideal. The view is magnificent and you can hear the surf from the sea. It is conveniently located next to two bus lines that run conveniently into central Kiryat Chaim and from there to the Metronit to Haifa. The place is well maintained and relatively clean. "The place looks amazing and designed in the spirit of old Safed. I really enjoyed getting to know the owners of the place, they were super kind and lovely! They have thought of anything you'll need during your vacation. The apartment is close to all the interesting places in Safed. I am so happy that I chose this apartment. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. "When we checked in there was no explination of information as it should be at the check in desk. We just got our room keys and told us about breakfast time. When we entered the room there was a man painting furniture there. We went back to the check in desk and the manager upgraded us to a junuior suite which was great and was near the pool which we like very much. However, there were some things that needed fixing like the shower head that was broken but because there were two we used the other one. The air condiotioner in the saloon was not cooling well but luckily there was another one in the bedroom that worked well even though its located on one side of the room so we had to turn in off at night because one of us were facing the air conditioner which made him really cold. The room needed more cleaning . It was not dirty but still not clean however the second day it was cleaned better. When we checked out the receptionist guy did not say a word or asking us how was our staying in the hotel he just took the cards and said ok and bye. He was not really nice. The food was ok . After all the hotel is nice and near the sea you can walk by the sea but you need a car or transportation to get to places in the area. We were not told or informed about the spa activities or any children's activities of any kind and sadly we heard about it later before checking out by chance from a lady who was staying there."

"We had a wonderful stay in this restored mansion house. The rooms and public areas have stunning high ceilings. There are artworks in every corner. It is like a museum, The bedroom, bathroom, beds, and linen were perfect. The position is in the heart of the old city overlooking the sea. We did stretching exercises every morning on the balcony where the management had left gym mats. The outstanding breakfast was served in a large hall with a six-meter ceiling! The breakfast was a fusion of the best Israeli and Palestinian cuisine. A lovely spread. This was an excellent choice of hotel in this interesting town. The hotel staff without exception were charming. "

"An amazing big room, with windows and balconies gust on the sea front - who needs more for the perfect stay ? Nicola and the team are great, very pleasant hospitality. The restaurant at the rooftop is an experience by itself. Fantastic breakfast with the breez coming from the blue sea in front... Ask for the Spa great options.... We recommend !"
