I walked in the second night and the server ran over to me and showed me a bottle that they had picked up that day. "Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

"Our visit blessed us with amazing weather as a beautiful back drop to this gorgeous place. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty and had a so many choices. The only thing I would not give 5 stars was the service at supper. The food was delish but we were shocked as the the lack of attention and help guiding us through the menu or suggestion local options. Perhaps it was the Swedish to be standoffish. "

Vi valde till rum mot sjön för endast 100 kr extra och fick ett fint hörn rum. Rent och fräscht men badrummet började bli slitet. Dörrkarmar väldigt stötta, behöver lite ny färg. Walk in, the "shower" is a slight dent in the floor with a partial divider pushing into your leg if you use the toilet. The door howls like a wounded animal when you try to open it or close it. Rotted out door hinge. The building has paint coming off it, the entryway lights are physically filthy, covered with cobwebs and a strange yellow stain. 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in toilet and nothing else. Though...

"We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "
