Outside, on either side of the house, there is plenty to do. The patio has an outdoor dining table, BBQ (propane gas provided), hot tub and lounge seating. Be sure to plan ahead and enjoy some of Lake Chelan's breath taking sunsets from this patio! On the other side, the home has an expansive yard perfect for outdoor lawn games.

You'll access the home through the upper main level door. The main level has a spacious living room, dining table to fit 8, and fully equipped kitchen. This upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One bedroom has a 1/2 bath ensuite. The fourth bedroom is found downstairs, along with the second bathroom, with a walk in shower.
CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LAKE VINEYARD ESCAPE:
1. Max Occupancy: 8 guests
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate
Outside cameras: For security purposes, we have one outdoor camera overlooking the driveway/parking area and where the trash cans sit. This camera helps us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
Parking Notes: Parking is permitted for four vehicles. Guests need to be sure they don't block driveway access to neighboring homes and to the trash cans on garbage collection days.
Please note this is not a pet friendly home.
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan and Manson have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!).
Damage Protection Policy: The total cost of your reservation for this Property will include a damage protection policy (if you do not select the refundable damage deposit only option, which is $1,500). The Damage Protection Policy covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances).
