The Neighborhood:
Take a dip in the lake at Willow Point Park, just two-and-a-half miles from your front door. After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries. Enjoy one of the numerous restaurants in downtown Manson, just four miles east from the home. In Manson, you'll also find boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment at the Mill Bay Casino. Chelan is just 12 short miles away should you want to head into town.
Getting Around:
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months.
Other Things to Note:
The seasonal pool is open approximately May through mid October, depending on weather. Due to popular demand, the hot tub has been relocated and is now in the pool area. Will upload new pics soon. Please note that this home is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera that is pointed at the exterior entry walkway and driveway, along with Arlo security camera's that monitor the exterior of the home while the home is vacant. DAMAGE WAIVER
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Valley & View prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please call the Valley & View Guest Services line.
Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $10,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $10,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by SafelyStay, Inc.
TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $1,000,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
