This is a two story home (split level), recently updated to help guests soak in the lake atmosphere and amazing views. You’ll find yourself enjoying a cup of coffee every morning looking out at the lake, watching the wildlife and taking in the peace and quiet.
CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR REMACK RIDGE:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & night time): 10 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 5
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties, including dogs
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

On the main floor is the open great room looking out at the lake with the A-framed windows. Sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your guests, or take advantage of your down time to watch a movie on the large 65-inch TV. The TV is equipped with Sonos and a Firestick for you to login to music, Hulu, Netflix, etc. The kitchen, also in the great room, features generous countertop space to accommodate family meal prep and appetizers, and provides additional dining space in addition to the dining table; Just off the great room is the large inviting deck, perfect for outdoor relaxation & entertaining, and for enjoying a glass of wine while catching the beautiful sunsets over the lake.
Three bedrooms are found on the main floor; the first guest room features a double sized bed, second guest room features a queen sized bed, and the primary bedroom features a California king sized bed (with hotel collection mattress!), plus all three rooms are equipped with black out curtains. Two full bathrooms are on the main floor; the hall bathroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and the primary bath features a retreat-like feel and walk-in shower.
Downstairs you’ll find another large great room, perfect for multiple families, sending the kids down to play, or just another space to have for large groups. Here you’ll enjoy another sitting area equipped with a 55-inch TV and Firestick, as well as a high top table for playing games and an additional sleep space. Utilize the large walk in closet to hold luggage and bags. There is also a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The backyard provides a serene escape for guests to unwind and play. An expansive grass area for lawn games and the dogs to roam around (*back yard is not fully fenced). The carport can also be used to host games and you’ll find the propane grill out here as well. On the side deck, guests will be able to truly unwind in the tub and still enjoy Lake Chelan's views and sunsets!
Please note: The garage is not available to guests. You may use the carport, around the back of the home, to park under. Approx October through May, a boat will be stored on one side of the carport.
Outside cameras: For security purposes, we have four outdoor cameras: two surveillance cameras and two doorbell cameras. One surveillance camera overlooks the back driveway, behind the house; the other overlooks the side yard, deck and hot tub. For our doorbell cameras, there is one at the front door and one at the back sliding door. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).

The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is pet friendly. We allow a MAX of two dogs for a small fee.
PARKING NOTES:
There is space for several cars, trucks, and SUVs in the front and back driveways. The garage is not open for guest use. Due to underground sprinklers, driving over the lawns with vehicles or trailers is prohibited. There is room for trailer parking, however please contact us for more information. The driveway is on an incline and low profile boats, such as wakeboard boats, will scratch the road.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
