Wapato Point Resort lake view community waterfront single level 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home, internet access, wrap-around patio, and plenty of flat lawn areas for the children to play. Enjoy the lake and mountain views from most any room. The home is located next to the outdoor pool and less than 2 blocks to community sandy beach waterfront amenities and on-site watercraft rentals.

JULY-AUGUST is 7 night minimum Saturday-Saturday rental dates. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.

This 1650 square foot single level lake view home features the following:
• Internet Access
• Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Area with seating for 6 and kitchen bar seating for 4.
• Living Room with TV/DVD/Stereo, access to wrap-around patio with Gas BBQ, lawn area
• Bedroom #1 with Queen bed, lake views with sliding glass door to patio.
• Bedroom #2 with King Bed, TV, private half bath, lake views and sliding glass door to patio.
• Bedroom #3 with 2 bunk beds (single over single and single over full, private half bath.
• The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a tub/shower and each have their own private half bath.
• Guest Bathroom with walk-in tile shower.
• Full size washer and dryer
• Wrap-around patio with Pergola shaded area on the patio with table and chairs available if you're looking for shade from the afternoon sun.
• Additional open patio area with table to enjoy the sun

This home is privately owned and is NO SMOKING / NO PETS. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.

Wapato Point Resort is located in the heart of Washington along the beautiful shores of Lake Chelan. Conveniently located a few blocks from downtown Manson restaurants, wineries, brewery, shopping, grocery stores and gas station. Less than 2 miles to Mill Bay Boat Launch and Casino. Take the 8 mile drive along the lake to enjoy downtown Chelan amenities. It only takes 15 minutes or less to enjoy all the sites and entertainment that the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer from the Wapato Point Pool Side Home. This property was very convenient to use outdoor swimming facility. The house is facing the lake view. It was gorgeous. We cooked and ate most of time, kitchen (cookware, pans, etc) were stocked. Had lovely stay.

Bonnie's home was in a great location close to the pool and beach/Wapato point amenities. The house itself was a little older, but had a fantastic patio with beautiful view of the lake. I'm giving it 4/5 stars due to 1) the doors in the home were really loud/creaky and 2) we were informed about ten days before the trip that the indoor amenities would be closed (indoor pool, hot tub and gym) and that is apparently a yearly closure for maintenance.

The house was very clean and well supplied (plenty of towels and very well equipped kitchen). We loved the location. Great views and very quiet. Steps away from the pool and just a short walk to the beach. There is also a large grass lawn next to the pool which was perfect for outdoor games.

Ideal spot for a summertime family vacation. You’ve got the pool across the street, beautiful lake views from the backyard, and easy access to beautiful Lake Chelan and the amenities of Wapato Point Resort. We really enjoyed our week at Wapato Point! The house was perfect for our family of seven. We especially enjoyed the lake views and cornhole on the lawn. We rented a golf cart which made it easier to transport sand chairs, a cooler etc to the beach. We would stay here again!

The views from the living room and outdoor backyard are especially awesome! 180 degree westward view of lake and mountains. A toilet for each of 4 bedrooms and 2 lovely showers. This house has everything out group needed for a wonderful Manson vacation. The bunk room had lots of things for kids and babies if needed, and there are pool floats for the very nearby pool and lawn toys for the backyard with the amazing view, at well as board games. Wapato point never disappoints and this was a great house to enjoy it. We had a small house issue that was quickly remedied by the property manager and owner, so no stress for us. Would stay here again!
