This is a really cute house in a great and safe neighborhood. The house is very clean, comfortable, cozy and inviting. Ami is always a great host, is very responsive to questions and we love staying at her properties. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great quiet place
Ami was a wonderful host - we had everything we needed (even a great smoothie blender and other extra small appliances), plus snacks left for us on the counter. There was soap in the bathrooms - even shampoo. It was a great experience - will stay again!

Very comfy and beautifully decorated.
Loved the townhouse and all the beautiful furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for what we are doing in Chicago. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to the city. We had everything we needed. The owner was great too. We also love Manteno, a very cute little city.

Great amenities in a beautiful property
My family has stayed in one of the owners other properties as well and this one did not disappoint. The home is well stocked with quality hygiene products an the availability of bikes are a nice touch for family fun around the beautiful neighborhood. She’s always very attentive and prompt with communication. Would recommend.

Perfect fit and location
We came back to see family and bring our 2 foreign exchange students on a trip to see not only my hometown but Chicago as well. Home was bigger then we expected. Use of the garage was amazing. Owner very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when coming back home to visit. Being only 20 minutes from the train station was perfect for getting downtown and back with ease.

My second stay at this beautiful property was just as my first stay, clean, homie, and very comfortable! Ami is an excellent host! I have not experience a bad stay with Ami. If you are planning to visit the area you must look up Ami, you will be more than satisfied! The pictures online are nice, however, the live in experience of this beautiful home is more than pleasing! Thank you Ami for a wonderful stay!

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The amenities were good, but the master bedroom bathroom has a bad drainage issue. The tub in that same bathroom has no rails to hold on to getting out of the tub. The carpet though out the house was dirty.

The home is very clean and homie! The pictures do not give this beautiful property justice. The patio is very beautiful to sit in the morning and afternoon while sipping tea or coffee. Ami is a very gracious host. Ami was available prior, duriing, and after our stay. If you are ever looking for a property to stay in the area you must contact Ami. Thank you Ami and I and my family would love to stay in your lovely, peaceful, beautiful, home away from home property again!

Charming Condo with All the Amenities of Home
From the start, Ami was communicative, involved, and genuinely concerned for our comfort. Traveling from out of state for a funeral, our stress level was already high, Ami made sure nothing about our stay added to that. From picking up starter groceries from the store, to making sure we had everything we needed, Goodwin’s Place by Ami was exactly what we needed to decompress at the end of the day. Comfortable, clean beds, easy to find home in a nice quiet neighborhood, easy to work tv, WiFi thru out, snacks, coffee, creamer, even toiletries were available. We didn’t have time to enjoy the nice patio or backyard this visit, but would definitely stay here again. Thank You, Ami & Goodwin the Bear

Needs some love
Our key codes were never sent over. We sent over 2 messages and they were never answered. I finally was able to get a hold of the owners husband by phone and finally obtained the key code 2 hours after our check in time The neighborhood of this home is great, however once you step inside the first impression is that it smells like animals Then you can see that there are pet stains in the carpet. We had a horrible time with our allergies at this property especially while sitting in the living room and in the bedrooms, which was a problem because there was not a box of Kleenex anywhere in the house Bathroom had ants and a very slow drain- so you were standing in water up to your ankles while showering This property needs a very deep cleaning!!!
