A guy coming after my pregnant daughter and her boyfriend with a tazer when they pulled up after going to the store. My daughter had to call me so I could go down and walk them upstairs to our condo! "I stayed for three nights, with a medium-sized dog. The location is convenient, the room is small, but has everything that you need, including a desk and mini-fridge. The bathroom is clean and updated/spa-like decor. The porch/deck is large and comfy. The fenced yard is a great bonus. Would be nice: a microwave to heat up restaurant leftovers, a ceiling fan on the deck/porch for when there isn’t a good breeze, replace carpet with vinyl. Would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our trip a lot. cocos cottage was in a good location and an easy walk to the beach and Target. It’s centrally located in the area and a quick drive to lots of restaurants, stores and activities. The house was good, easy to check in and good communication with Don. It is a little older home but is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything that you would need. We would stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great beach vacation house!"

"The stay was great even though the weather wasn’t the best. The house was nice and the location was great. There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed such as a loose board on the deck and the shower curtain rod needs to be permanently attached so it doesn’t fall on someone else’s head. We would stay here again on our next trip to the Outher Banks if it was available."
