"Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff is attentive and funny. Location is convenient for waterfront, markets, jesselton ferry terminal. Rooms were amazing, quiet, comfortable. "Please reconsider stay- horrible stay. The buildings could be so beautiful but they have left it to literally fall apart. We were apparently in the new/upgraded wing yet building fallong apart, dirty and water stopped working for period of time. Garbage left around for our three say stay in corridors and pool area and only half restaurants are open and those that are offer poor quality food.
