Relax and unwind in this remodeled home. Located across the street from the ocean you are steps from the beach. Light, bright and airy with a cathedral ceiling and an open floor plan, this home is perfect for gatherings of family or friends. The kitchen comes fully equipped and will make even a gourmet chef smile. The dining room table seats six with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

With three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room this home can sleep six comfortably. No attention to detail is spared with granite kitchen counters, hardwood floors, a Carrara walk in marble shower and heated floors in both baths. Settle back at the end of the day with a roaring fire and a movie on the big screen TV. The house is equipped with Cable TV, Roku and Spectrum 1 Gig WiFi. For those looking for something quieter, retire to the game room and choose from among the large selection of games and puzzles provided.

This house was perfect for our family’s short beach vacation. The kids loved their “kids room” and the game room. Comfortable bed in the primary room. Great bathrooms. Great kitchen set up for cooking our own meals. I loved that the refrigerator was so clean! Also it was so easy to unload the car - driveway right up to the front door and no flights of stairs. The location is great: a short walk to the beach or to town. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet except there was very loud music (maybe a party?) one of the nights until at least 10 pm. Overall we loved it and hope to return!

A cozy home will everything you need to have a relaxed stay. Close to restaurants and the beach. Nice neighborhood for quiet walks or enjoying the evenings on the deck.

The home is as described and clean, well appointed, close to beach access and the town. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We will likely stay there again. It is our favorite in Manzanita.

A perfect stay at Manzanita Beach
Check in was done with a keypad. We received the code a few days before arrival, and it was easy. Every part of the kitchen/dining/living room, including the refrigerator, stove, cabinets and countertops looked brand new. The bathrooms were high end and even had heated floors. The windows looked new. The king bed we slept in was great. The house had all of the kitchen supplies, appliances and utensils you might need. Everything was 1st class. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. Even the weather was perfect.

Six family members had a super time together in the house that was so well equipped for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. Close to the beach but no view of the ocean. Loved Manzanita as a destination, unspoiled and rustic. Would hope to return.

Our favorite stay in Manzanita
We love this house and stay here whenever we are in Manzanita. It’s beautifully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. It’s always immaculately clean, with super comfy beds and high quality sheets and towels. The location is lovely, with beautiful views, just a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants.

Impressed by the quality of the renovation - nice kitchen with everything you could want, nice prints on the walls, lots of wood - ceilings and doors, bathrooms small but well appointed. Short walk over the dunes to the beach and also walkable to town. Nice quiet location. We would definitely come again.

Lovely Cottage
Very beautifully update cottage with close beach access. Quite neighborhood still close to Manzanita, golf cousre and state park where you can rent horses for a ride on the beach. Easy day trips to Cannon Beach and Tillamook. Great hikes at state parks up and down HWY 101. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely beach home
Beautiful house looks and feels exactly like the photos and description online. Beach access is just a couple doors down. Nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the downtown shops. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a week-long family gathering. Great rental!

A perfect house for a girlfriend trip
This house was very nice and just as it was described. The furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed being able to stream with the roku that was there and settle in for watching movies. The tables were perfect for games and projects. The kitchen was nice. It does not have any pantry stuff that is often in rentals so be sure to come totally prepared. There are a few spices but not much. There is a large griddle I believe but not a smaller non stick pan which made making pancakes for just two of us a bit of a challenge. The pots and pans are stainless which are nice but if you aren't used to cooking with them they are not super non-stick friendly. I was thinking there would be more of a peek a boo view of the ocean but there was not. You could hear it though which made for nice background noise to go to sleep to. The 2 closest beach access points are pretty steep and definitely enter at your own risk but there is a good access point just a bit further down the road. The Oregon coast beaches are so great for long walks. The town of Manzanita never disappoints, such great shops and it is so close to this house. There was a bit of a hiccup with the cleaning when we got there as it hadn't be completed but I reached out to Jill and she made it right, right away. We were grateful.

Fantastic! Came down for a long weekend to celebrate 3 Piscean birthdays! Weather was "winter at the beach" but we had plenty of art, cooking and a fireplace. Super comfortable, close to beach. Quiet:)

Property manager was very helpful. Shout out to the cleaning person(s)! Extra attention to details made this house a true home-away-from-home. It’s a cozy house with great water pressure, special extras like cable, tv in all rooms, kid’s DVDs and games, beach chairs, plenty of bathroom hooks, full kitchen setup, fireplace. One area for improvement might be on the lighting. Maybe some under cabinet lights would help make it easier to see while cooking on the stove. This place was super clean and organized. Everything was clearly labeled which made it easy to relax instead of testing light switches in a new home. Loved the oversized tub!

Sweet little stay
This is a very nice, clean property. It was really well stocked with everything you need. Lots of games and toys for the kiddo (we had a two year old). There is a path at the end of the street that leads to the beach.

Perfect Manzanita stay
I wish we could give 6 stars. This is our second stay here, and we look forward to staying again. Everything about the house is beautiful and the furnishings are top notch. The location is perfect, quiet with a great view and a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants on Laneda. Thank you, Jill, for providing such a lovely experience for your guests.

5 star stay!
This house was perfection. The home was spotlessly clean and uncluttered. It had no dust, no mold/mildew, nothing cluttering the shelves/drawers/closets/under beds. No dust under the furniture. If you have asthma/allergies/chemical sensitivities this house is perfect for you. The home was very comfortable. The beds and bedding, the numerous blankets, the mattresses, the couch and chairs - all were incredibly cozy and lovely. The amenities were wonderful - we lacked for nothing: the kitchen had everything a cook could ever want including very nice pots/pans/knives and bakeware; the grill was large enough to cook whole meals; the home had plenty of lounge style chairs for the porch as well as portable nice beach chairs and towels for the beach; the game room included many books, games and puzzles. It was our first beach trip in years that we didn't have to travel to Fred Meyers for chairs or towels or kitchenware. The location was fabulous - 500 steps from the beach which is as close as possible due to the sand dunes. You can hear the roar of the ocean at all times which made for dreamy sleeping as the master bedroom window faces the ocean and breezes. The sunsets were also spectacular from the front porch. It is a very short walk to town. The neighborhood was friendly and very quiet. We loved having 2 dining tables so we could use one for dining and one for puzzles. Also the owner was awesome with communication and requests!
