"The food was horrible, the towels were stained, and the curtains in the bedroom had holes in them. It's a worn down hotel with bad food so you end up eating out rather than using the all inclusive. "

"We stayed 3 nights from 23 to 26 Jul 2015. Our welcome was not the most friendly - however i noted that new staff were in training so that may have contributed. With more interaction i noted the mature members of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Also the man on night duty was very friendly and helpful.The hotel is located close to the peatonal so good for tourists as plenty of options for eating and shopping. Consequently, they did not allow me to register until after 5 in the afternoon, registering my debit card since they could not find the reservation through Expedia. 2.
