This Canal Front Family Oasis Vacation Rental Home located in Marathon, Florida has 5 bedrooms, 2 sleeper sofas, 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom throughout the home. Sea Breeze greets you with Plenty of Parking and a Luxurious Coastal feel. Lounge in the Living Room with ample seating while watching a movie on the Smart TV or gather around the coffee table and enjoy some fresh seafood with your guests while seated on the Japanese Style Woven Floor Cushions.

After a long day of boating out on the Atlantic Ocean, clean and prepare your fresh catch at the Fish Cleaning table right in the Backyard. Every Fisherman needs a Home with a Kitchen... and the heart of this home features a stunning kitchen that is well equipped for entertaining while preparing home-cooked meals.  Once your catch of the day is cooked and ready to be served... Guests can choose to eat inside at the Dining Table for 8, in the Family Room, or in the patio seating right outdoors.   Although there is enough dockage for up to a 40ft boat, the boat lift you can see pictured is *not* available for guest use. Fantastic stay!
We loved staying at this property. There was plenty to do at the house and a great location for doing all the other things the Keys have to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home

Family vacation
This was a great family vacation! The house was great! The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. The backyard was perfect for our kids with the pool and hot tub. The dock was perfect for fishing. The outdoor grill and kitchen area was helpful and convenient. We even seen manitees in the canal. We will definitely be back! Perfect place for the 14 of us!

Great house, needs some work
The location and size of this house are perfect for large families or families traveling together. The pool and hot tub and canal location also are ideal. We loved making use of all of for space and the perk of pulling our boat right up to the house. The house for sure could use some updating and a good deep clean. There are some repairs that are needed and also a good new set of dishes and or glassware. It all looked very used. It’s a great house that just needs some TLC!

Beautiful House
We arrive at the house and everything was very clean the house has all you need to spend a wonderful week as we did the jacuzzi was clean and worked perfectly. The pool was nice and warm . I bring my boat along as it was a fishing trip the house has a decent concrete dock but it needs some bumpers maintenance as it doesn’t have poles . Nice ice maker if you are a hardcore fisherman. We are planning to stay again next year in this house we love it .

Great stay overall
The place was nice, very clean and the property manager very responsive. Our only gripe was the hot tub was cold and the pool never warmed up after the first day. The biggest appeal of the house was the pool and hot tub and unfortunately we didn't get to use while there because the water was too cold. If we stayed in the summer months it would not have been an issue.

Excellent house
House was amazing and definitely met our expectations. Make sure to bring your own fishing gear if you're looking to fish on the canal. The Manatees may pay you a few visits as well. Also know this property only provides you a starter pack for your necessities (tp, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, ect.) We would stay here again. Cheers until next time.

Pictures don't do this place justice!!
Great stay! Clean, fully stocked, spacious property... Our kids got to fish off the dock and we saw multiple manatees right off the dock. The only things to note: if you bring a boat, the road is narrow and it is a bit of a challenge to maneuver the boat and trailer on it (no wide spaces to turn around)... But that won't stop us from making it work again! And there were soooo many things in the house, you probably won't need as much as you think you need :)

Great house
Rental was great. Only downside is if there’s a big storm coming during your stay you’ll need to make other arrangements for your boat. They will not allow any use of the boat lift at the property so we had no choice but to pull our boat and pay to store it for a few days. Luckily we found Ocean View Marina and they were excellent in helping store the boat. The street is very narrow at the rental house we could not store the boat there it would’ve been a total nightmare trying to turn around.

A gem in Paradise
This house was beyond what I had fathomed. It was spectacular with all the amenities and comforts of your own home with extra features such as a water front deck, a game room and an extraordinary outdoor pool, hot tub and patio area. Enjoy this gorgeous view while relaxing in the hot tub, escape as you sip your cup of coffee and wind down in the evening while fishing off the dock and enjoy the view of the sunset as you savor your glass of wine with a spectacular view from the pool! If it's raining, no worries, you'll enjoy the view from the game room as you pass the time playing a little air hockey or a game of pool. No matter what the weather brings, there's plenty to do! This house is beautifully decorated, relaxing and has everything you need! Looking forward to my future stay!

Amazing week at Farara Shores
We spent a wonderful week with our extended family at Farara Shores (including 5 kids under 5). The house was spotless and the set up was perfect for our needs. We spent most of the week outside on the terrace and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were a bit concerned about being along the canal with young kids, but the area is fully fenced, so that was not an issue amd the view is amazing. Sandy was extremely responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation
The house was amazing, Pictures does not do it justice. Very beautiful place. House has plenty of space. We had 7 adults and plenty of room. The Hot Tub was excellent. The pool was amazing. Large grill outside. Plenty of outside tables and chairs. The Bedrooms are large and comfortable. TV in every room. Large Kitchen with a large fridge. Laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside is a large icemaker, and freezer. Sandy is always quick to respond to any questions or problems. I would highly recommend this place for a vacation. Super clean , well located. Can't wait to go back

Stay In Paradise
This place is a Beautiful home and has every amenity that a family is looking for. Pool, hot tub, ice maker and an outdoor kitchen . My family and I stayed there and really enjoyed it. My wife said it was the most relaxing vacation she has ever had. But and to no fault of the home owner. Getting there with your boat is SKETCHHHHEY. Especially if you have a big boat. Do not try to take the channel going along the seawall. There is a channel, look on Goggle Earth and you will see it. Once you learn that it will make your stay very enjoyable. During low tide you need to run that channel on plane all the way out an all the way in. It is only wide enough for one boat at a time. Like I said to no fault of the home owner. That was my only complaint. I will book again.
