Pool heat/chiller available for an additional $250/week. A 24-hour notice is required to use this feature. Heat is offered from November 1st to April 30th and the chiller is offered from May 1st to October 31st.

Security camera details: There are three active security cameras: one on the corner of the porch deck that faces the owner's boat at the dock, one next to the carport that faces the driveway, and one on the side of the home near the main bedroom's patio that shows the dock.

Dock details: Boat lifts are not for guest use. The dock extends out to deep water and can accommodate a 35-foot boat.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 250 per stay must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
