Take your pick from 2 king-sized beds, 1 queen-sized bed, a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on top and a queen-sized bed on the bottom, along with a convenient queen-sized sofa bed for you and your group to experience a level of comfort like never before. Our top-of-the-line mattresses and bedding guarantee restful nights, ensuring you wake up rejuvenated and ready for each day's exciting endeavors.

Step outside onto our expansive 2000-square-foot outdoor entertainment area, perfect for gatherings, relaxation, and al fresco dining. The outdoor area features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for grilling and enjoying meals in the open air. Splash into vacation mode with the sparkling pool that showcases automatically lit led lights to give you that tranquil ambiance in and around the deck and soothing Jacuzzi area. Heating for Pool & Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of $300.00 for the week (must be paid before your arrival date). For those with a passion for boating and fishing, our property is perfectly situated only 3000 feet from a convenient boat ramp, this ensures easy access to the mesmerizing waters of the Florida Keys. Our 75' dock space accommodates comfortably two boats, making it effortless to embark on aquatic adventures. The dock has all the amenities needed to make your time in the water even better providing electricity, water, bait freezer and fish cleaning station. The canal has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico leading to the Atlantic Ocean.

Nestled in the charming town of Marathon, our vacation home boasts an ideal location that places you just minutes away from two stunning beaches. The pristine Sombrero Beach is a mere 8-minute drive, offering soft sands and crystal-clear waters. For a more secluded escape, Cocoplum Beach is a quick 5-minute drive, where you can unwind in peaceful serenity.
