"The property allthough a little bit dated ticked a lot of boxes for a prolong stay ,everything you needed was provided for .The pool, even late into the season was warm enough for a daily swim and was well maintained . The garage space was large and convenient and secure. The downside was really only that it was on the wrong side of the main road so a car really is a must especially if you have any difficulty at all with steep hills"

"The property was great and exactly as described. Very clean with all amenities you would need. A short 15 minute walk to downtown Marbella, as the complex is right on the promenade along the sea with bars and restaurants. We really liked being away from the downtown business! "This property is well equipped and peaceful although less than 5 minutes from the main autovía connecting Malaga with Marbella and beyond, and close to the centre of Elviria with its supermarket and restaurants. Really good beaches at Cabopino and Elviria are very close. It would make sense to go at a time when you can use the well maintained pool. Highly recommended but you need to hire a car....."

"Very nice apartment. A few niggles. Safe wasn’t working. Bed pillows could have been better. Bath towels/sheets in poor condition and should have been replaced! Caretaker needs to treat the pool regularly. - Not just when he saw it being used.- It was initially cloudy. "The place where the apartment is located has great views over the golf course and out to sea. On a clear day you can see the Altas Mountains. The apartment itself was clean, well furnished & surprisingly homely. The corner plot gave us more space which we took advantage of. The host was available & helpful when needed, enabling a smooth start / end to our holiday. It was perfect for us. Would definitely return."

"This is supposed to be a 2 bedroom self contained apartment. The apartment itself is great and so is the complex. That's where the good news ends. Do not rent this apartment. There was no iron or ironing board, not enough towels, no bathroom floor mats, no tea towels. There wasn't a kettle, microwave or toaster. The freezer didn't work, there are loose floor tiles, missing architrave around a door, bedroom furniture that was about to fall to pieces and coat hooks falling off the wall. The worst...
