Comfortable Yacht Club Apartment with Sea View, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

The Comfortable Yacht Club Apartment offers picturesque views of the harbor, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony. Situated in Marbella, guests are conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The 70 m² property features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a washer and dryer. The open-plan living and dining area is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, and a comfortable sofa bed for two (one adult or two children). Up to four guests can stay here, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway.



Parking spaces are available nearby for an extra fee. Airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra fee. Upon request, a crib and high chair with cutlery are provided at no cost. Late check-in from 10:00 p.m. to midnight is available for an extra fee. Self-check-in is possible after midnight. An elevator serves the building from the 1st to 2nd floor. Beach towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are placed in the common areas.

Great sunset view

The host in Marbella ( Rupert ) was great and communication was quick and he was very flexible to accommodate our needs. Description of The property was correct and we enjoyed sunset view from the balcony.Location is also excellent as many restaurants are around the property and just 10 min walk to the attractive old town of Marbella. Parking is very convenient, just across the property, outdoor parking and cost was 23.50 euro/day. It is not cheap but convenient as we had golf bags to carry around. Thank you Rupert and Jean, great hosts

Wonderfull property

We loved this villa. Perfect location on the beach, there are several very nice restaurants in the short walking distance. The villa is in great condition and had everything we needed. The only small issue is that the nearest grocery store is 10-12 min away. The store is Aldi, it is a nice one, but there is nothing closer even for very basic grocery needs. But we still would return with bo hesitation.

Great stay

Rupert very friendly and helpful. Comfortable lounge and bedroom, working aircon, well equipped kitchen and shower room. Noisy outside at night (adjacent bars, restaurants and clubs) but double windows shutters and air con keep the noise down. Nice small balcony to sit out on in morning, in full sun in the latter part of the day. Really great to have taxi arranged for airport in both ways. Good supermarket just up the street.

Nice flat in perfect location

Pros: The flat is very luminous and pleasant . Everything you need is inside , close to the beach and restaurants Cons: Little bit noisy outside . Disco bars till 2 am
