This is a wonderful small, family-run Hotel directly at the border of the old town center. Easy to access the center and lots of options to eat, drink, shop.... Extremely friendly staff. We felt extremely well and i doubt that you'll find anything similar in that corner. We will come back...that is for sure!!!

AVOID!
AVOID at all cost!!!!! First of all not worth the money they took 400e for 3 nights, the hotel was a dump! The first night that we were there there are a lot of weird people that were staying there, i didnt feel safe at all, at one point we were coming from dinner and we were just opening the door ( it was very difficult to open and made big sound) the guy that was in the room actually came out amgry and literally wanted to get violent with me about it, his girlfriend was pushing him to relax, and that was scary experince for me, there were ants everywhere, they crawl up the clothes snd the bed!! I left my juice just open and after i came it was full of ants.. we vcame fom night out and the old guy at the reception was just smiling and staring at us, that felt super uncomfortable, he didnt even try to hide it. They said the rooms are soundproofed and that was lie. The hotel was by day full of old people and by night of crazy and weird people every night we stayed there there was a new person next to us always loud till 5 am we even had to take measers ourselfves but they didnt want to keep quiet. So if u want to stay at a hotel full of crazy people at night and judgemental old people by day with rooms full of ants this is the right place for u.

NOT SO FRIENDLY AND COMFORTABLE
Pour commencer, des difficultés à l'enregistrement. En réservant sur votre site, j'ai immédiatement remarqué que votre logiciel a transformé ma demande "un adulte" en "deux adultes" (ce qui arrive avec votre logiciel, et pas à ma connaissance chez vos concurrents). J'ai donc immédiatement écrit à votre site (pas de réponse utile, l'"assistant virtuel" n'ayant apparemment pas compris ma demande) et à l'hôtel (rubrique "demandes spéciales"), puis j'ai appelé, sur plusieurs jours, l'hôtel une trentaine des fois - jamais de réponse. A l'arrivée, vers 22h00, le réceptionniste ne parlait que l'espagnol, il a tenté d'utiliser Google Translator, puis a appelé un homme qui réside à l'hôtel (peut-être son ou l'un de ses propriétaires), auquel j'ai demandé d'ajuster le prix du petit-déjeuner. Celui-ci a déclaré en anglais "There are big people at this hotel, I cannot listen to just one woman" et m'a dit que je pouvais simplement annuler et partir (en sachant certainement que j'allais perdre le prix d'au moins une nuit, peut-être des cinq nuits réservées). Le lendemain matin, le gérant a accepté de me rembourser 3 euros par petit-déjeuner (soit 15 euros au total), beaucoup moins que la différence de prix entre un séjour une personne et un séjour deux personnes sur le site de l'un de vos rivaux), mais c'est toutefois un geste symbolique qui a sa valeur. J'ai l'impression par la manière dont l'affaire a été traitée que ce n'est pas la première fois que ce type de situation est survenu.

Un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel malgré une insonorisation inexistante: le moindre bruit est perceptible (ouverture et fermeture de portes, clé dans la serrure, l’eau qui coule dans la salle de bain, bruit de pas dans le couloir ou la chambre voisine…). Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct et personnel agréable et souriant.

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, al lado de la zona céntrica pero lo suficientemente separado para que no se escuche un ruido por la noche. La habitación muy limpia y las camas cómodas pero si tengo que destacar algo es la amabilidad del personal que desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos se desvivieron porque nuestra estancia fuera lo más placentera posible. Cuando vuelva a Marbella sin duda repetiré.
