"Yannick offered us a spectacular residence in close proximity to numerous vineyards, chateaux's and towns in the Loire region. The residence was clean, well equipped and spacious. It is in a very quiet area. I highly recommend Yannick and his services."

The house had plenty of room for large groups like ours and the supermarket was 5 mins drive up the road which was really handy. Right next to beautiful historic Saint Louis Cathedral and close to the great Denis Papin staircase.The N1/N2 bus (free bus) was close by and really helped to get around. "Quiet neighborhood, quiet street less than a minute walk to the Main Street and 5 min walk to the river! Stunning views, place was well stocked and everything well labeled and organized. Would recommend this place to anyone! So nice to be able to park the car we rented in the driveway.. "

"Very nice older property that is about 2 blocks from the train station. Very walkable to the rest of town and is in a nice quiet area close to the chateau. Rooms small but typical for older properties and well kept. Bathroom was somewhat outdated and some problems with the shower but not a deal breaker."
