The apartment was completely renovated in 2017.
It is located a few meters from the cliffs and white granite pebble beaches of Pomonte which characterize the western coast of the Island of Elba, the Costa del Sole.
For a truly relaxing holiday by the sea: sea view, sunset view over Corsica, while sitting comfortably in the garden.

We also have other rental properties spread across the town of Pomonte.

The apartment, on the raised ground floor of a 2-storey building, both owned by us and rented for holidays, has up to 6 beds distributed as follows:
- main double bedroom with the possibility of adding a baby bed (with TV),
- second double bedroom with double bed
- third bedroom / TV lounge with sofa bed that converts into 2 single beds.
All the rooms can also be accessed externally from the balcony connected to the entrance courtyard so as to have complete independence even if the living room is used as a third bedroom.
- 2 bathrooms both equipped with shower and bidet, (with dressing room)
- kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, microwave oven
- external laundry room with washing machine and sink
The kitchen leads to the terraced garden overlooking the sea reserved for the Tenor Sax Apartment, with a small terrace for aperitifs equipped with a charcoal stone barbecue, main table under a shady pergola, sun loungers, large umbrella for the hottest periods, and a comfortable outdoor shower cold to rinse off when returning from the sea. The garden also has independent access from the public pedestrian street.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, 2 TVs with satellite decoder (the main one is also Smart TV), free WIFI.

Being in a granite-paved pedestrian street, there is no private car parking, however in the town there are public car parks and free street stalls where it is possible to leave the vehicle unlimitedly without worries (at most a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment) . For those who need it, there is the possibility of renting a reserved parking space (not shaded) depending on availability in the period, 100 meters from the apartment in the central area of ​​the town.

Animals are welcome, as long as they are used to living in an apartment, they cannot be left alone in the garden without supervision.
